I started calling other agents just to talk. Almost every one of them said some version of the same thing — they're doing this by themselves, and nobody has a room where the real numbers get said out loud.
So I'm building one. It doesn't exist yet, and I'd rather say that plainly than dress it up. This page is where you get in first if it sounds like something you've been missing too.
Why this, and why now
The information problem in this business got solved a decade ago. You can learn scripts, funnels, and farming from a phone. What didn't get solved is that most agents have nobody to tell the truth to.
Not a mastermind you pay four figures for. Not a brokerage recruiting pitch with a community wrapper on it. A room where people who are actually transacting say what's working, what isn't, and what they got wrong last month.
What it is
- Agents who are actually doing deals, at any volume

What it isn't
- A recruiting pitch for my brokerage

- A lead-share or referral-fee arrangement
- A room where everyone pretends the year is going great
- Something you have to leave your brokerage for
Somebody has to admit first that the year is going badly. I will.
Who I'm looking for first
Whoever's in the room first sets what it becomes. So the first handful matters more than the next hundred.
I'm looking for people who'll say the real number when somebody asks, who don't need to be the smartest one in the conversation, and who'd help somebody they're technically competing with.
