Sell your home your way
Turns out there's more than one way to do this. Most people only ever get shown one.
I put two signs out in public, sit down to people-watch, and let strangers ask me anything. No appointment, no pitch.
I put two signs out in a public park, sit down to people-watch, and let strangers ask me anything they want about real estate.
No appointment. No pitch. And no pretending I know something I don't — if the honest answer is "call a lender" or "that's a lawyer question," that's what they get, on camera, looking slightly less impressive than I'd like.
It started because I kept running into people carrying a question they'd had for years with nowhere to put it. They didn't want a REALTOR®. They wanted an answer, and everywhere they'd looked, the answer came with a sales pitch stapled to it.
What you'll find here: whatever people actually asked. Not topics I decided were important — questions somebody walked up and said out loud, and whatever the honest answer was, including the times it was "I don't know, let me find out."
If one of them is your question too, you just saved yourself a phone call. That's the idea.
Come say hi. Worst case you get a free answer.

More going up as I film them. If you'd rather not wait for yours, call or text me and ask it directly.
Same deal, different bench. It comes straight to my phone, and I'm the one who answers.
